For resolutions and diets and what not. I'm going for healthier eating instead of freaking out about dieting. I looked at different ideas and Dr. Ornish's stuff caught my eye because of the heart disease reversing effects. Now, mind you, I don't think I have heart disease, but I've got the family history. In researching a little I found an interesting web site http://www.diet-blog.com/ and have been fascinated by some of the posts. I'm not interested in keeping a blog about my diet or health choices, but I thought I'd share the site with you and we'll see what happens!

What is this world coming to ...
... when Gordon Keith has his own TV show - on every week on WFAA and available anytime from wfaa.com. Whacky. I love how his audience will layout on him. Haaaaa!

I guess if the Why Guy can have a show and a blog - why can't Gordo?

Well, school is starting again. Yipee. I wish I had this cool laptop to help me get started. That's okay, though. My HP is at the Fry's getting repaired as we speak. Oh yeah!
I'm only taking one class again so this may take longer than I thought, but at least I'm doing it!
